Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in rental housing and commercial properties (light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Conduct basic repairs, including sheetrock, painting, and installation of doors and cabinets
- Respond to and complete tenant work requests via a smartphone app
- Follow directions and meet deadlines
- Provide detailed work reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential maintenance
- Experience in construction or carpentry is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds overhead, climb ladders, and perform tasks involving twisting, kneeling, walking, and bending
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions (no snow removal or grounds care required)
- Limited on-call duties
